BBQ Corn on the cob in Zhongwei, Ningxia, China.

Very interesting Corn on the cob BBQ / Grilled Vendor at Zhong Wei, Ningxia. We took a taxi from Yinchuan to Zhong Wei. In fact you are able to take bus but we are in a hurry for an appointment. Before we arrive Zhong Wei town, the taxi driver stop us in front of petrol station and he went to fill up the gas. That was where we saw this interesting Corn on the cob BBQ Vendor.

We tried one grill Corn on the cob for RMB3. The Corn on the cob was left with natural taste. It taste sweet and with some natural smoky flavor on the corn. I think it will be great if they are able to add some butter on the corn after the grilling.
